Delivery of digital goods
Upon receipt of your order you will be prompted complete your domain hosting or remote monitoring and maintenance account details. If you have purchased a downloadable product you will be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.
If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.
In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 7 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
Delivery of services
On receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. Payment
Digital and downloadable products
Payment for digital and downloadable products is required before delivery. Hosting and remote monitoring accounts are invoiced on an ongoing monthly basis. Invoice payments are due seven (7) days from the date of issue. Failure to pay by the due date may result in account cancellation. Consulting and other services
Invoices for consulting and other services will be issued at the completion of the required services or on agreed progress milestones. Invoices are due seven days from the date of issue. Failure to pay by the due date may result in extra charges and the cessation of further work until payment is received in full.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the customer is unhappy with the service provided they can get a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase. Cancellations can be done any time.
If we are unable to complete the service through no fault of the customer a full refund will be granted .
